I recently stayed at Palazzo Benci in Florence for a short-term stay with my family. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and close to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond to book our tour at a cheaper price than advertised. The breakfast was enjoyable and our family room had plenty of space for all our luggage. It was a pleasant change to have such hospitable people at the reception to greet us.

My room had a bit of a plumbing issue, but the staff immediately moved me to a different room and were very apologetic. The breakfast had a wide range of options and the outdoor garden was a great place to relax. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and value.
